cooking: banana choc-chip muffin in a mug

while i'm super fond of baking, my family do NOT like baked goods, unless they're fancy french pastries (which i've learned to make, over time). sometimes, however, you just want a really good Regular Bake like a good butter cake or a moist chocolate. i get a hankering, more often than not, for a good banana-choc chip muffin, because i ADORE the combination of banana-choc chip. i've been experimenting with how to get a more craving sized portion as opposed to baking a dozen every time, and adapted primarily from this recipe (one of my fave mug cake recipes in general)!
